This page describes the intended data practices of the Calyvex website. It must be reviewed and updated before a public commercial launch.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, the website may receive your name, email address, organization, selected inquiry category and message. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential logs, regulated data or sensitive incident evidence.
Contact form provider
The production form can be connected to a third-party form service through the website settings. When configured, submissions are processed according to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Traffic analytics
The website includes an optional field for a privacy-focused analytics token. Analytics remain disabled until a token is added. This policy should identify the selected provider before public launch.
GitHub Pages and content management
The website is designed for static hosting. Public website content is stored in a Git repository. Administrative access is controlled through the connected GitHub account and the configured content-management service.
Retention and deletion
Contact information should be retained only as long as needed to respond to an inquiry, satisfy legitimate business requirements or meet legal obligations. A verified requester may ask for correction or deletion through the published contact channel.

The website may link to GitHub, LinkedIn and other external services. Their own privacy policies apply after you leave this website.
Changes
This notice may change as Calyvex introduces new services, analytics, forms or infrastructure. The effective date should be added when the website is launched.
